  • Call Tracer System (v10) is a program designed for monitoring both incoming and outgoing calls generated through telephone exchanges with printing outlets which are connected through either serial port in a stand-by position.
  • Call Tracer System enables you to obtain the following information immediately the call is over:
  • "    Duration of the call
  • "    The dialed number, whether outgoing or incoming
  • "    Time of the call
  • "    Number and name (if applicable) of calling station
  • All this information is automatically saved in a special file in such a way as to promptly provide comprehensive reports on request.

  • 1.    The calls effected through any extension on a given date
  • 2.    The numbers dialed through any external line on a given date
  • 3.    Tracing a certain number, who dialed it, and when
  • Call Tracer System has a feature which enables user to carry out a cost account. It can be fed with the per-minute value to each destination, and it can in turn calculate the cost of each call; whether local, regional or international; immediately the call is over.
  • The telephone directory plays a vital role in the program - Call Tracer System will enable you to store your own numbers in this directory, and it will automatically search for any number either by providing the first name or any part of it. Through Call Tracer System you can automatically obtain reports already named as well as any dialed number with the name of the caller. It can also search in the telephone directory to give you a report of all the numbers dialed including those not listed originally in the directory.
